EU Consumer Terms

These terms apply to purchases from CHOSAY and supplement the store’s Privacy Policy, shipping information and returns information. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

Products and orders

Product descriptions, key characteristics and prices are shown on product pages and at checkout. Please review your order before submitting it. A contract is formed when CHOSAY accepts your order and sends confirmation, subject to mandatory law.

We may decline or cancel an order where we cannot lawfully fulfill it, the product is unavailable, a material pricing or product-information error exists, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected. If payment was collected for an order we cancel, the collected amount will be refunded.

Prices and charges

The total price and charges applicable to your order are displayed before payment. EU storefront pricing is configured to include applicable tax based on buyer country where tax collection is correctly configured. Delivery charges and duties collected by CHOSAY are shown before the order is placed.

Delivery

Delivery is governed by the Shipping & Delivery information shown before purchase. Unless another period is agreed, EU consumer orders will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

Withdrawal rights

EU consumers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from distance purchases without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. Details are on the EU Returns & Withdrawal page.

Conformity and legal guarantee

Goods must conform to the contract and applicable consumer-protection requirements. EU consumers have statutory remedies for defective or non-conforming goods. These rights are separate from any voluntary return policy or manufacturer warranty.

Liability

Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer remedies.
