CHOSAY ships to destinations available in checkout. Available delivery methods, delivery charges and delivery information are shown before payment.

Delivery timing

Any product-specific or checkout delivery estimate forms part of the delivery information for your order. Unless a different delivery period is stated and agreed before purchase, EU consumer orders will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

If an item becomes unavailable or a delay materially changes the timing stated before purchase, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.

EU prices, taxes and import charges

For EU markets, storefront pricing is configured to include applicable tax in the displayed price based on the buyer’s country where Shopify tax collection is correctly configured. Shipping charges and duties or import charges collected by CHOSAY are shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery and risk

For consumer orders, risk remains with CHOSAY until the goods are physically received by you or a person you designate, subject to applicable law.
