The Varia VS3 is a high-precision, compact single-dosing grinder for all types of preparation, from espresso to filter coffee. The grinding level can be continuously adjusted by turning the bean container. This allows you to achieve many grinding levels, allowing you to experiment with your brewing processes. The bean container has a capacity of 30 g. 

Its slanted geometry with an acute angle of 76.5° allows for a better workflow when pouring the coffee into the funnel. When grinding different types of coffee, no cleaning is required between grinds thanks to a retention capacity of less than 0.1 for a 10 g dose.

All parts of the housing made of space-grade CNC-milled aluminum are processed with an accuracy of 0.02 mm. This ensures high precision when setting and during the grinding process. The lid of the bean container and the dosing cup under the ejector can be positioned precisely using magnets.
