Germany

Option One

 

Complimentary standard delivery on orders over 150 €

Delivery for most standard orders within 3-5 working days. PLEASE NOTE - this excludes weekends and Bank Holidays. 

 

Option Two

 

Next-Day Delivery (not available for all Products)

Delivery the following working days: Orders, must be placed before 13:00, orders will be dispatched the same day for next day delivery.

PLEASE NOTE - this excludes weekends and Bank Holidays. 

 

Option Three

 

Standard Delivery- 4,95 €

Delivery for most standard orders within 3-5 working days. PLEASE NOTE - this excludes weekends and Bank Holidays. 

 

EUROPE

REST OF THE WORLD

 

Non-EU Standard Delivery –  (Complimentary standard delivery on orders over 250 €)

Delivery for most standard orders within 7-10 working days. PLEASE NOTE - this excludes weekends and Bank Holidays. 

 

USA Standard Delivery  - 25 €  

(Complimentary standard delivery on orders over 350 €)

CANADA- Canada Standard Delivery  - 25 € 

(Complimentary standard delivery on orders over 350 €)

 Delivery for most standard orders within 7-10 working days. PLEASE NOTE - this excludes weekends and Bank Holidays. 

Deliveries to Canada are made by air service. A 25 € dangerous goods surcharge is applicable on all orders for shipment to Canada, containing products with alcohol content.

 

REST OF WORLD- Rest of the World Standard Delivery- 45 € 

(Complimentary standard delivery on orders over 350 €)

Delivery for most standard orders within 10-15 working days. PLEASE NOTE - this excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.  

Deliveries to the rest of the world are made by air service.

A 40 € dangerous goods surcharge is applicable for all international orders containing products with alcohol content.

 

RESTRICTED GOODS & SURCHARGES

Unfortunately, due to customs restrictions within certain countries/ states, we are unable to deliver the following products which are considered hazardous due to the alcohol content: 

Hazardous Goods:

  •  Eau de Parfums
  •  Eau de Toilettes
  • Aftershave 
  • Mouth Wash
  • Room Fragrance 

 Please CONTACT US  to find a list of destinations that we are permitted to send hazardous items.

 

If you require International Delivery, please be aware of the various customs restrictions that apply to different countries around the world; for example, Japanese Customs restrict all deliveries of toiletry products to a maximum of 24 items per shipment. 

Please check with us, before ordering if you are unsure of the restrictions in your country and we can advise accordingly.

 

Please note: for both the DE and international orders, the delivery may be delayed due to situations beyond our control, for example, Customs delays, adverse weather conditions or an increase in demand.
Our Customer Service Team will update you if anything changes with your order.

Most DE orders are sent with UPS from our warehouse. We partner with other brands.Your dispatch email will contain the carrier and dispatch details for your convenience.

Orders shipped to US and the rest of the world will be delivered by DHL or FedEX.
