The Fellow Stagg EKG Pro is the advanced version of the popular Fellow Stagg EKG kettle. As with its predecessor, you can easily adjust the water temperature on the Fellow Stagg EKG Pro using a rotary knob. This is now also equipped with a high-resolution color display that gives you access to the function menu. For example, you can set the kettle to reach a certain temperature at a certain time or specify how long the water should be kept warm. You can also always install the latest updates for your kettle via WiFi using the Fellow Updater app.

Schedule: Set the kettle to reach a specific temperature at a specific time

Guide mode: Choose a preset temperature for different types of coffee and tea

Altitude: Simply set the altitude for your location to prevent boil-overs

Adjustable keep warm mode: Keep water hot for 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes

Sounds + volume: Turn the sounds for the kettle on or off and choose how loud you want them to be

Units: Choose between Fahrenheit and Celsius

Pre-boil: Boil at maximum temperature to sanitize the water before it cools to your target temperature

Language: Choose between English, French and Spanish

Clock: Choose analog or digital

WiFi: Get the latest firmware via WiFi updates with the Fellow Updater app. However, you cannot currently control your kettle or its settings via the Fellow Updater app
